Is that sepia toning? I'm not sure what color it is, but it adds a great mood.

Yes it's Sepia in post-processing. The original was way too colorful/Jamaican to catch the mood. See the double deck bus Sep 22 to get an idea what I mean.
I got this sepia tone with a software that came on a CD from the UK drugstore 'Boots" together with my scanned 'analog' pics that they delivered on these CDs. Glad you like it.
